AGENDA HOLDERNESS 250TH

Hi everybody. Thanks for your help so far. An idea I would like you to consider befor the meeting is a theme for the celebration that could be used on tee-shirts, advertising, etc.
Here is the agenda:
Introduction of guests
- Reports on Events:
- Peter Francesco: Boat Parade
- Jeff Keefer: Water show
- Fran and Tink Taylor: Publicity
Positions to be Filled or changes
- Debbie and Willy will be doing some fundraising. Debbie has resigned for Vice Chair
- Nick Duruvo: treasurer
- Need for a Vice Chair
Other considerations accomplished since the last meeting:
- Account opened at MVSB with Holderness Historical Society as our non-profit entity. All checks must be made out to Holderness Historical Society/Holderness 250th.
- Canisters made by HCS students and distributed
- Rich Weymouth: help with kids activities? Sid Lovett
- GWF met with Debbie Holland who suggested meeting withTerry Dautcher for ideas, suggestions

What needs to done by November. Next meeting?
· Budget request for the town
· Aim for finding a group for the concert
