7 PM review of previous meeting minutes
7:05 PUBLIC HEARING Final for~Master Plan
7:30 PUBLIC HEARING Proposed revision to Subdivision and Site Plan Review
Regulations; this is a National Flood Insurance Requirement
Discussion of proposed Zoning Ordinance Revisions;
Replace most references to specific State RSA's with referrals to State Regulations
i.e. Art IV Sect F quotes RSA 70 which has been deleted and replaced by
Chapter~664:17
Add Waukewan Watershed District as an overlay to the Zoning Ordinance
To protect our aquifers, add permit and quantity fee to water~to be removed from the
Town of Holderness for~commercial purposes.
Increase erosion controls to protect watersheds and private property
Amend flood plain ordinance (which is part of the Zoning Ordinance) as necessary to
comply with the requirements of the National flood Insurance Program.
Add septic system inspection requirement to ordinance for the protection of aquifers
and surface waters.
