This position is held by the Fire Chief and all zoning issues are handled at the Fire Station.
Building Permits are required as follows.
(anything built upon or attached to the ground) Septic Systems, New and Repairs, Paving, Houses, Garages, Sheds, Swimming pools (above & below ground), Fences, Signs, Renovations, Change of Uses, Etc.
