b.      Meeting with Selectboard about Budget matters—The chair meet with the Selectboard. They will put two articles up for the town meeting. One will be a warrant article, with the same language as last year’s warrant article.  If voted on in the positive, it will provide $5K to the Conservation Fund. The other will be a separate article providing $5K to the Conservation Fund. We should be ready to present supporting information on both.

b.      Grants—Will be the focus of the January meeting
c.      Selectboard response to Pemi Fish and Game Club pit restoration and material from Fred Allen—The matter was discussed at length. It was decided that the Chair should write a “friendly” letter to Fred Allen, the President of the Pemi Fish and Game. Letter should note our concerns, but also indicate that the club needs to be more proactive on conservation matters, particularly since their grounds has one of the Town’s prime wetlands. Anne is still planning on testing the wetland for phosphates
5.      New Business
