Holderness Library Board of Trustees Meeting

The foundation for the Veterans of War Memorial will be poured in September after Labor Day. The new memorial will be unveiled and dedicated in November.
Bob Braymen has a DVD compatible TV and 3 book cases to donate to the library.
The Swindell children have donated $100 to the library in honor of their mother, Jean Swindell.
A separate bank account needs to be established for donations to the library.
Larry has a new Quick Books pass code given to him by Sandra Perkins.
The trustees expressed the need for a lockable file drawer on the library premises. The drawer would be accessible only to Library Trustees.
The Trustees went into non public session to discuss personnel matters.
The Trustees adjourned from non public session. It was moved seconded and approved that the minutes of the non public session be sealed.
Sandra Perkins is being hired to assist Lydia on Monday Wednesday and Friday from 10 to 1:30 and on mutually agreed upon Saturdays. There is enough money in the budget for these interim needs.
It was decided to ask Sandra Perkins to be in charge of running the library computer classes. She will be asked to submit a plan to the trustees and to submit monthly written reports on the computer class progress.
The trustees will meet 8:30 AM on January 22, 2008 at the library to discuss library director job description and job posting.
