Meeting Minutes
In Attendance:
Wendell Broom, Sandy Ray, Larry Webster, Kay Hanson
The library needs a new copy machine. Should it be leased or purchased? Larry will look into this and have information by our next meeting.
There has been an applicant for the Library Director position. Sandy will send him a letter of acknowledgement.
The trustees considered the many places the library director position will need to be posted. Mentioned were the State Library Job Line, The Record Enterprise, the Union Leader, Concord Monitor, Craigs list, Monster.com, etc.
The Content of the job listing was then discussed. Sandy will finalize this. Kay will be the contact person for job applicants.
Wendell presented a draft of the library director job description. Wendell will continue working on this and will bring this to our next trustee meeting.
The next meeting will be 8:30 AM, Monday, January 28 at the Holderness Library.
