Holderness Library Trustee Meeting Minutes
November 2, 2009, 6:30 p.m.
Holderness Library
Members present – Carol Snelling, Michelle Jenkinson, Amanda Loud, Victoria Lang, Ted Vansant, Kathy Wieliczko.
- Minutes from last meeting approved
- Chair’s report
- Correspondence received by Amanda Loud regarding the flag pole yardarm and flags recently attached to the flagpole in front of the library. All agreed that this is not a project undertaken by the Library or the trustees and therefore this inquiry and all future inquiries should be referred to the Town Selectmen or the Honor Roll Committee.
- Correspondence received complaining that there is no handicap accessibility.
- Library Director’s report
- Budget was reviewed
- All agreed that we should hire Krampitz Tree Service for plowing this coming winter
- Ted offered to look at outside faucet to see if it is easily fixed.
- Parking lot light was replaced by NHEC, works well.
- Michelle and Kathy offered to help decorate the tree in prep for the holiday party.
- Board went into non-public session to discuss Victoria’s (Library Director) evaluation.
- Next Meeting will be 6:30 PM on 1/4/10
