PUBLIC HEARING - Subdivision - Patrick Smith
Map 210 Lot 008 Applicant owns a 93 acre parcel on Route 175 and Is proposing to subdivide off 25 acres from the original
parcel.
PUBLIC HEARING - Site Plan Review - David Horton
Map 222 Lot 018 Applicant is proposing to install a wind tower
on his property and is further proposing to sell and service wind
and alternative energy sources.
PUBLIC HEARING - Proposed Wind Turbine Regulations
The Holderness Planning Board is proposing a wind turbine regulation under the site plan review regulations.
The Wind Turbine Regulation is proposed to regulate electric generating wind turbines and includes the following factors, among others:
1. allowing only one single wind turbine per lot,
2. with a maximum KW of 25,
3. to be no greater than 150 ft in height above the tower base or 35 feet above the average surrounding tree canopy,
4. to be no closer than 35' to any property line including the road frontage for the guide wire anchors,
5. to have a decibel reading of no more than 60 dBA,
6. and to have a speed control of 35 MPH.
