a. Informational discussion: Alicia is considering establishing a dog grooming service in her barn. The residence is located near the elementary school. She wants to know if a Site Plan application is required.
b. Kevin French requested an informational discussion. His client would like to do a Boundary Line Adjustment for an undersized nonconforming lot to make one or two lots larger.
c. Informational Chris Devine, Squam Lakes Assoc. Need for Site Plan Review for the development of the lot containing a new barn and associated septic system.

Request for site plan review for property located at Chapel Lane, Map 225 lot 52, rural
and general residential zones. Applicant seeks approval for construction of two
dormitories and access road.
