From Holderness: Take US Route 3 to Route 175. Follow Route 175 to flashing yellow light at Holderness School and bear left onto Route 175-A. Cross the bridge and turn left at the 3-way stop. Bear right around the Plymouth Town Common then turn right at the Post Office onto Highland Street. Take the 4th left onto Avery Street. Parking and the entrance to the Emergency Department are on the left.
From I-93 North: Take Exit 25 and turn left onto Route 175-A. Cross the bridge and turn left at the 3-way stop.
