3) Programs-
        • Quick Start Tennis went extremely well.
        • Swimming had 15 participants
        • “Safe On My Own” program went well and had 13 participants.  The presenter was OK but the
program lacked the pizzazz that other presentations that Wendy had heard about. On the whole it was a good program.
        • Summer Escape (Day Camp) –
Sign-ups are still slow.  We have the following confirmed numbers:
        Weeks                   1       2       3       4       5       6       7       8       9
        Campers         1       3       5       3       3       4       3       2       3
We have had several inquiries about scholarship aid.

Wendy just interviewed a candidate for a counselor position and she will offer him a postion.

Wendy is working on a Community Tennis program which is a program of the USTA.  This and a possible connection with a Day Camp program are in the preliminary works.

4) Holderness 250th – Next meeting is June 1st at 7:30

5) Concert Series –
Wendy circulated a draft flyer of the program for the summer series.  The entertainment segment seems to be in place with two of the four evenings including a children’s program that starts the evening.

6) Beach Update-
        • Wendy and Biff will put the swim lines in the next week or two.
        • After significant hassle Wendy hopes that the phone situation has been straightened out.
        • NHRPA group met today at the Holderness and Ashland Beaches to share ideas and views on
                maintaining town beaches.
        • Holderness DPW took care of a few downed trees .
        • A swim lesson teacher has been hired.  She would like to run several weeks of lesson.  The Board
gave the go-ahead as long as scheduling with Summer Escape program and general Town
                use are not heavily impacted.

7) Correspondence – none to report

8) Other – none

6) NEXT MEETING: Monday, June 15th    at 6:00 PM
