$22,233 $4,113
($50,417) $8,003
($28,184) ($3,890)
3) Programs-
• Tennis programs will start next week.
• Staffing for the swim lessons fell through right after our last meeting, but in the meantime
Wendy has worked hard to fill the positions and it looks like we now have a viable
solution to the problem of staffing.
• Discussion followed regarding the swim program and the challenges of having a teaching
program occurring while so many distractions are happening at the beach. The new
program will be running from 10 to 12 AM instead of the prime times of the afternoon
hours. This should reduce both the amount of distractions and will make the beach
fully available to beach-goers during the afternoon.
• Summer Escape (Day Camp) –
Sign-ups are still slow. We have the following confirmed numbers:
Weeks 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9
Campers 14 14 14 10 11 14 9 11 9
Holderness Central School Support Staff have generously granted 3 scholarships for the summer, and we have had three other requests. Wendy has been working with the Doug DiCenzo Fund for some scholarship awards and the there may be some State of New Hampshire Aid as well.
Holderness Central School has approved the funding of an aid for a special needs student to be a camper. Wendy is working on hiring such a person for the 15 days that the student will be attending camp.

5) Concert Series –
No new news to report other than things are moving along.

• Wendy and Biff put the swim lines and buoys in.
