HOLDERNESS BOARD OF SELECTMEN
MEETING MINUTES
DECEMBER 29, 2003
PRESENT: Chairman Steve Huss, Vice-Chairman Sam Laverack, Selectman Art Bartholomew, Barbara Currier, and Town Administrator Paul Weston
ABSENT: Selectman Peter Francesco
MINUTES: The minutes of December 22 were approved upon a 4 – 0 vote in favor.
911 ADDRESS CONVERSION: Upon the request of the Fire Chief, the Selectmen signed the attached Address Conversion Acceptance Letter.
RESIGNATION OF WELFARE DIRECTOR: The Selectmen signed the attached letter thanking Georgene Fabian for almost five years of fine service as Welfare Director of the Town. Louis Pare will assume the duties of the position as of January 1st, 2004.
MUNICIPAL BUDGET REVIEW: The Selectmen proceeded to meet with Fire Chief/Compliance Officer Richard Mardin, Police Chief Jeremiah Patridge, and Chairman of the Planning Board Earl Hansen concerning the 2004 Municipal Budget.
NON-PUBLIC SESSION: At 7:55 PM the Selectmen voted 4 -0 to go into a non-public session to discuss personnel issues.
ADJOURNMENT: The meeting was adjourned at 8:41 PM
