Request for a Variance from Articles VIII,D,1a-e and VII, B, 1e for property located at 34 Kusumpe Point Road in the general residential zone, map 236 lot 077. The applicant intends to demolish and reconstruct a portion of the existing year round house and remodel the interior of the remainder. Further, applicant plans to construct a screen porch on the existing concrete patio.
