Request for area Variances from Article IV, H-1 for property located at 21 Glen Cove Road in the general residential zone, map 236 lot 46 and property located at 25 Glen Cove Road in the general residential zone, map 236 lot 47. The applicant proposes to adjust the boundary line resulting in the structure on lot 46 being 18’ from the side lot line where 35’ is required and the structure on lot 47 being 15’ from the side lot line where 35’ is required.
