Applicant proposes to construct a one thousand (1,000) yard outdoor rifle range requiring variances from Zoning Ordinance Sections 700.1.3 (Expansion of an existing Private Recreational Facility), 500.4.4 (Steep Slopes), 500.4.6 (Driveway Grade), and 500.4.7 (Construction at Target Area on Slope of 28%).
